American engineers have created a "robot" that can truly change military affairs in the 21st century. The engineers realized that if it was impossible to teach a combat vehicle to move effectively on the ground, then it should be lifted into the air.

The processing of metals, the domestication of the horse, the invention of gunpowder, the tank, automatic weapons and the nuclear bomb - all this at different times changed the face of the world. At the end of the 20th century, it was difficult to imagine what would be the next to change our world and military affairs in particular. Today it is absolutely clear - the revolution will be made by UAVs.
Of course, unmanned aerial vehicles have been used by different countries in military affairs for a long time. However, until recently, UAVs were either reconnaissance aircraft or something like tactical bombers. However, the craftsmen from the Duke Robotics company decided to turn multicopters, which yesterday were used for fun for children, into a real weapon of death and destruction.
In fact, engineers were not the first to appreciate this idea. Duke Robotics, and numerous enthusiasts who have empirically proven that small arms can not only be mounted on multicopters, but also effectively fire at the target from them.
As a result of all this, the first combat multicopter appeared. TIKAD, controlled by one person using a special remote control and capable of carrying a variety of weapons. A pistol, shotgun, assault rifle, light machine gun and even a 40mm grenade launcher can be attached to the TIKAD turret. The installed weapon can fire at the target, while the operator carries out aiming using a set of cameras.
It is understood that the TIKAD class UAVs will be used by ground forces and special services. Such military multicopters will help to significantly reduce the level of risks to humans on the battlefield, and will also allow you to act where a person is most likely simply killed or could not act with all its effectiveness. Such multicopters fly almost silently. They move through the air in any conditions and are capable of lifting up to 10 kilograms.
