It's hard to say if humans will live on Mars. Although this seems more and more real today. Nevertheless, more and more fact indicates that, first of all, people will begin to actively populate the water surface on our planet. The new project of the Italian designer is a vivid confirmation of this.

In recent years, people are increasingly thinking that very soon there may not be enough land for life, which means that they will have to populate the water. Well-known Italian designer Pierpaolo Lazzarini presented his new unusual project of buildings that can be erected on water. The project was named Wayaland, and the first settlement will also be called. It is aimed at creating "floating" houses and hotels.

The main feature of the Lazzarini project is that all buildings will have to have a pyramidal structure. The buildings should use a whole range of modern “green” technologies, which should significantly increase the energy efficiency of the settlement. First of all, solar panels and water turbines will be installed on the buildings.

As for the structure itself, the maximum height of such pyramids can reach 30 meters above the water level. The main materials that will be used in the construction of such buildings will be carbon fiber, fiberglass and steel. The construction of the houses will also go under the water - technical rooms, basements. In addition, each building will have its own small dock for boats, which will naturally take the place of the main vehicle in the water city.

Continuing the topic, a story about how the family built a house in the Arctic Circle, in which it is warm as in the tropics and not only.
