Well-known Italian designer Pierpaolo Lazzarini presented his new unusual project of buildings that can be erected on water. The project was named Wayaland, and the first settlement will also be called. It is aimed at creating "floating" houses and hotels.
The main feature of the Lazzarini project is that all buildings will have to have a pyramidal structure. The buildings should use a whole range of modern “green” technologies, which should significantly increase the energy efficiency of the settlement.
