
Everyone loves to eat, and even more so to eat deliciously. If the food is also healthy, then the meal will be much more pleasant. Even those who do not have deep knowledge of proper nutrition know about the benefits of steamed dishes. But not everyone has a double boiler, and the funds for its purchase, too. But you can cook with the effect of a double boiler without a special device, but you need a simple foil for this.

Make three to four small balls out of foil and place them on the bottom of a saucepan or deep frying pan as shown in the image.

Food that will then be steamed must be placed on a plate (remember to use high temperature-resistant dishes during the process). Salt, season.

Now put the plate with the dish on the balls laid out along the bottom of the container, then pour it over the balls of water - 3-4 cm of liquid will be enough.

Then cover the container with a lid and place it on the stove. As soon as the water boils, reduce the temperature and leave the dish to simmer, without lifting the lid, for five to ten minutes.


The result is a juicy product that is steamed without using a steamer.
