The mixture itself is made as usual: three eggs are mixed with a whisk together with milk (150 ml) and salted to taste. Then the mass is poured into a bowl with high sides and a piece of butter (20 g) is added. Next, the container is placed in a saucepan with water, put on fire and kept in a water bath under a lid for about 15 minutes after boiling. Put the finished omelet on a plate, turning the bowl over. The dish turns out to be lush, with a domed shape, repeating the outlines of the dishes in which it was cooked. Moreover, you can make original options using interesting curly containers, for example, any molds.

A little imagination and a nice "flower" is obtained from a sausage and an egg. This is both a great breakfast and a snack for a picnic or parties with friends. The petals of the "flower" are formed from a sausage: the sausage is cut lengthwise into two halves and cuts are made on each one at an equal distance. In order not to accidentally cut through completely, you can use wooden skewers as knife stops, placing them on the sides of the sausage. Each half is folded into a ring and the ends are secured with a toothpick. Sausages are spread in a frying pan and the egg yolk is poured into the center. Fry on both sides, salt and pepper to taste. If desired, the "flower" can be sprinkled with sesame seeds or roasted only on one side, leaving the yolk in a liquid state.

Culinary advice from Novate.ru: To get a beautiful scrambled eggs, it is important to break the egg into a well-heated, but not hot, frying pan. Heat the container over medium heat. And if the moment is right, then the protein begins to thicken immediately when it touches the pan. A little trick will help bring it to perfection. When the egg is fried a little, add a little water to the pan, cover with a lid and keep on fire until tender. The hot steam affects the protein, and this heat treatment helps to make it denser than the yolk. The result is perfectly fried scrambled eggs - with runny yolk and completely thickened protein.
