The SeaBubbles project was initiated by yachtsman Elain Tebolt and windsurfer Anders Bringdahl back in 2016. Then everyone was extremely skeptical about the idea of creating an affordable water taxi. All these years, the guys with their team of engineers and designers have been working hard on the project and this is the result.

It should be noted right away that today the Swedish-French project SeaBubbles is still far from its logical conclusion, but the current prototype of the water taxi has already been launched, tested in every possible way and (most importantly) was able to prove itself perfectly in real conditions. Let the vehicle look like a "toy" for the rich now, the creators themselves position their development as a public vehicle.

It is difficult to believe in this yet, because even by European standards, SeaBubbles in their current form cost quite a lot - 140 thousand euros for one copy. This is despite the fact that up to 4 people can board the water taxi at the same time. Nevertheless, the creators claim that they intend to achieve a significant reduction in the cost of construction. Will it work out - only time will tell.

At the same time, it cannot be denied that engineers have taken another step in the development of alternative vehicles, because as you know, modern cities are seriously affected by traffic problems on the roads. Boats in the spirit of SeaBubbles can solve this problem by transferring part of the traffic flow to the water. Most importantly, the water taxi is economically clean, because it runs on an electric motor. The boat's cruising range is 100 km.
