Due to the fact that the marinade is made on the basis of boiling water, salt and seasonings are absorbed into the product much better and faster. Boiling water itself, having scalded the meat, will make it even softer and juicier.
We are waiting for 3 hours. When the specified period is over, the meat can be removed from the water with spices and strung on skewers. Further, the matter will remain small - to fry everything on the grill and serve. The taste of the meat will turn out to be exceptionally decent, despite the absence of such classic products as onions. The marinade prepared according to the described technology will not allow the meat to become dry.
