From the mere mention of a kebab, drool immediately begins to flow. But what to do if going out into nature is not planned soon, and you want to try a piece of juicy meat on a skewer right now. Try to make a kebab at the bank right at home.
• Pork - 1 kg;
• Bacon - 250 gr;
• Onions - 3 pieces;
• Lemon juice - 3-4 tbsp. l;
First you need to marinate the meat. Cut the pork into pieces and place in a container. Add salt, your favorite spices, lemon juice. Chop the onion into rings and stir in the meat. Leave to marinate for half an hour.
During this time, cut the bacon into thin slices, prepare two 3-liter jars and wooden skewers.
Next, you need to string the meat on skewers, alternating it with onions and bacon.
Place 4-5 skewers vertically in each jar. Cover the opening of the jar with foil.
Important! The outside of the jar must be dry.
Place the jars in a cold oven (so that they do not crack from the temperature difference) and set it to 180-200 degrees. Cooking time 60-80 minutes.
When the meat is ready, do not rush to take out the jars right away. Turn off the oven and let them stand for another five minutes. The kebab is ready! Bon Appetit!
If we have already touched on the topic of kebabs, then it will be useful to remember from such an unusual recipe as mushroom kebab, from which you can't tear yourself away until it's all over.
