There is one tricky way of cooking meat, which will allow you to get a real, juicy, fragrant barbecue even in the oven of your apartment. The secret is in coal, which is usually only used in barbecues. Of course, before you get down to business, you should learn a few subtleties of the process.
What do we need

So, in order to cook a kebab, we need the right meat. Here, the choice remains with the cook, but pork with layers will be the best solution. You will also need onions, salt, pepper and seasonings to taste. But the most important thing that we need (this is actually the secret of our little recipe) is charcoal. They sell this in a store, in paper bags. Don't worry, there is no need to burn down the house and "smoke" the kitchen.
Cooking meat

The first stage is reduced to cutting and preparing meat (no different from cooking meat for a regular barbecue, emphasizes Novate.ru). It is better to take it with streaks of bacon, so that the kebab is juicy, and not dry. In a bowl with chopped meat, chop the onion. Add salt and seasonings, you can pour in a tablespoon of sunflower oil, as well as mayonnaise or a spoonful of vinegar. A little lemon will not be superfluous. We mix all this well and put in the refrigerator for a couple of hours. When the meat is ready, we put it on skewers.
Cooking coal

Now for coal. It needs to be ignited. To do this, you need metal utensils and fire, best of all - a gas burner. If there is a grill in the oven, you can put the coals on the tray and place it on the hot unit. In total, we need 6-7 coals. Heating the coals ignite in about 10 minutes.
Cooking kebab

Now we take a baking sheet and cover it with foil. We put skewers with meat on it, and lay out our coals (already red-hot) between the skewers. We put all this in the oven preheated to 220 degrees. In 45-50 minutes the kebab will be ready.
