Traditional, rich Georgian soup will come in handy for any table. With such a simple dish, you can add variety to your usual lunch menu.

Ingredients:

• Beef on the bone - 510 g;

• Potatoes - 2 pcs;

• Onions - 2 pieces;

• Carrots - 1 piece;

• Rice - 4 tbsp;

• Tomatoes - 310 g;

• Garlic - a couple of cloves;

• Laurel - 3 pieces;

• Pepper and salt to taste;

• Cilantro and parsley - a bunch;

• Khmeli-suneli - to taste;

• Tkemali - 3 tbsp.

Cooking method:

Ingredients:

• Minced meat mix - 510 g;

• White bread - 2 slices;

• Eggs - 6 pcs;

• Milk - 3 tbsp;

• Onions - 1 piece;

• Garlic - 1 clove;

• Salt, pepper and mustard - to taste;

• Breadcrumbs.

• Eggs - 5 pcs;

• Milk - 510 ml;

Cooking method:

• Break eggs into a bowl;

Ingredients:

• Cottage cheese - 310 g;

• Semolina - 4 tbsp;

• Sour cream - 1 tbsp;

• Eggs - 2 pcs;

• Raisins - 110 g;

• Sugar - 4 tablespoons;

• Soda - half a teaspoon;

• Vanillin - to taste;

• Salt to taste.
