Soups, salads, stuffed, fried, desserts, pies, cookies and even ice cream are just a few of what can be made from it.
1. Stuffed persimmon

Peppers, eggplants and tomatoes have already been stuffed, but what about persimmons? Soft, juicy with a sweetish astringent taste - what goes well with meat filling, seasoned with spices and dried herbs.
Ingredients:
• Ripe persimmon (but not overripe) - 6 pcs;
• Assorted minced meat or any other - 200-250 g;
• Salt - to taste;
• A mixture of ground peppers - to taste;
• Dried herbs - to taste;
• Ground Zira - 0.5 tsp;
• Garlic - 3-4 cloves;
• Ginger - 2 cm;
• Sunflower oil.

Cooking method:
• Wash persimmon;
• Dry on paper towels;
• Carefully cut off the top and, using a small spoon, remove the pulp and cores, forming a pot with a wall thickness of 0.5-1 cm;
• Chop the garlic;
• Ginger root on a fine grater;
• Fry with garlic in sunflower oil for about 1-2 minutes;
• Then add minced meat;
• Salt, pepper, add dried herbs and cumin;
• Stir;
• Cook for 15-20 minutes or until lightly golden brown;
• 5-7 minutes before readiness add chopped persimmon pulp;
• Stir and extinguish the remaining time;
• Stuff the persimmon with the resulting filling;
• Send to an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 30-35 minutes;
• Cool slightly before serving;
• If desired, sprinkle with grated cheese.
2. Persimmon oil

Ingredients:
• Persimmon - 6 pcs;
• Apple juice - 0.5 cups;
