• Chocolate (Brut) - 3 bars;
• Medium-sized beets - 1 pc;
• Eggs - 4 pcs;
• Sugar - 0.5 cups;
• Almond crumbs - 0.5 cups;
• Baking powder - 1 tsp;
• Cocoa powder - 1 tsp;
• Olive oil - 1 tsp;
• Flour.

Cooking method:
• Melt two chocolate bars in a water bath;
• Wash the beets;
• Clean and grate;

• Mix the yolks with sugar, baking powder, cocoa and almond crumbs;

2. Stuffed beets

Ingredients:
• Beets - 6-8 pcs;
• Chicken mince - 350 g;
• Boiled rice - 1 glass;
• Onion - 1 pc;
• Sweet pepper - 1 piece;
• Sunflower oil - 4 tsp;
• Ground salt and pepper - to taste;
• Hard cheese - 100 g;
• Fresh greens - to taste.

Cooking method:

Ingredients:
• Beets - 4 pcs;
• Salt - 4 tsp;
• Sugar - 6 tsp;
• Cinnamon - 2 tbsp;
• Water - 1 l;
• Sunflower oil.

Cooking method:
• Mix sugar with salt;
• To fill with water;

• Wash the beets;
