As a rule, casseroles are most often cottage cheese and meat, but today, among other recipes, there is one that is definitely worth trying to cook. Namely - from corn grits with the addition of ham and tomatoes.

Ingredients:

• Corn groats - 1 glass;

• Ham - 250-300 g;

• Hard cheese - 200-250 g;

• Eggs - 2 pcs;

• Milk - 0.5 cups;

• Bulgarian pepper, preferably red - 1 pc;

• Tomatoes - 4 pcs;

• Carrot - 1 piece;

• Onions - 1 piece;

• Salt - to taste;

• Ground pepper - to taste;

• Sugar - to taste;

• A mixture of dried herbs - to taste;

• Vegetable oil.

Cooking method:

• Boil the corn porridge in slightly salted water according to the instructions on the package;

• Peel onions and carrots;

• Cut into small cubes;

• Fry in vegetable oil;

• Then add the diced tomatoes and bell peppers;

• Season with salt, pepper, dried herbs, a pinch of sugar;

• Stir gently;

• Cook for 10-15 minutes over medium heat, stirring occasionally;

• Put the prepared porridge in a baking dish, having previously greased with vegetable or butter;

• Smooth with a fork;

• Put the fried vegetables on top;

• In a bowl, mix milk with eggs and grated cheese;

• Pour the resulting mixture over the vegetables in a baking dish;

• Send to the oven preheated to 200 for thirty minutes;

• Before serving, cut into even slices and sprinkle with fresh herbs if desired.

Ingredients:

• Corn grits - 1 glass incomplete for two fingers;

• Pears - 1 piece;

• Apples - 1 piece;

• Cognac - 6 tsp;

• Raisins - 1, 5 tbsp;

• Cranberries - 1, 5 tbsp;

• Butter - 1 tbsp;

• Sugar - to taste;

• Ground cloves - a pinch;

• Large sea salt - a pair of crystals.

Cooking method:

• Boil corn grits in slightly salted water according to the instructions on the package;

• Pour brandy over raisins and cranberries and leave for 15-20 minutes;

Ingredients:

• Corn groats - 1 glass;

• Water - 1, 5 glasses;

• Milk - 0.5 cups;

• Olive oil - 1 tbsp;

• Eggs - 2 pcs;

• Flour - 3-4 tbsp;

• Garlic - 3-4 cloves;

• Baking powder - 0, 5 package;

• Sugar - 1 tsp;

• Green onion - 5-6 feathers;

• Vegetable oil - 500 ml;

• Salt and ground pepper to taste.

Cooking method:

• Mix milk with water and olive oil;
