
Lavash is so versatile that you can cook almost any dish with it: from classic appetizers, shawarma and salads to pies and pies. After all, as they say, all ingenious is simple!
1. Chicken pie

The advantage of such a cake is that it is not difficult to prepare it, and, accordingly, even a beginner can handle it. Delicate, light and airy, it literally melts in your mouth, leaving behind a pleasant aftertaste of cheese and meat filling with vegetables.
Ingredients:
• Thin lavash - 2 pcs;
• Chicken fillet - 0.5 kg;
• White onion - 1 piece;
• Garlic - 3 cloves;
• Fresh tomatoes - 2 pcs;
• Hard cheese - 200 g;
• Sunflower oil - 4 tsp;
• Salt and ground pepper - to taste;
• Eggs - 1 piece;
• Kefir - 0.5 cups;
• Parsley - 6-8 branches.

Cooking method:
• Wash, peel and dry fillets;
• Then cut into small strips or cubes;
• Finely chop the onion;
• Pass the garlic through a press;
• Fry all ingredients in vegetable oil for about 10-12 minutes;
• Then add finely chopped (peeled) tomatoes;
• Season with salt and pepper;
• Stir;
• Cook for 5-6 minutes;

2. Apple pies

Love apple pie and pies, but don't want to mess around with the dough, wasting precious time? Then this simplest recipe will help you. All you need is to prepare the filling, and then wrap it in thin sheets of pita bread.
Ingredients:
• Thin lavash - 1 piece;
• Green apples - 4 pcs;
• Butter - 4 tsp;
• Sugar - 6 tsp;
• Sunflower oil - 4-8 tsp;
• Powdered sugar - for dusting.

Cooking method:
• Roll out lavash on the table;
• And cut into uniform strips;
• Wash the apples;
• Dry and grate on the coarsest grater;

• Thin lavash - 1 piece;
• Fish fillet - 0.5 kg;
• White onions - 2 pieces;
• Fresh tomatoes - 2 pcs;
• Salt and a mixture of ground peppers - to taste;
• Dried herbs - to taste;
• Sour cream - 1 glass;
• Sunflower oil - 6 tsp;
• Lemon juice - 2 tsp;
• Mustard - 2 tsp;
• Sesame - for sprinkling.

Cooking method:
• Wash the fish fillets;
• Remove bones if necessary;
• Cut the pulp into medium-sized pieces;
• Season with pepper, salt and dried herbs;
• Cut the onion into half rings;
• Cut the tomatoes into half rings of medium thickness;
• In a bowl, combine pepper, mustard, sour cream, lemon juice and butter;

• Starch - 1 tbsp;
• Sugar - 1 glass;
• Walnut kernels - 1 glass;
• Eggs - 1 piece;
• Natural yogurt - 2 tsp;
• Sunflower oil.

Cooking method:
• Defrost cherries;
• Mix starch with cherry juice (about 3-4 tablespoons of juice);
• Transfer the cherries with the juice to a saucepan;
• Add sugar;
• Cook until sugar dissolves;
• Then add starch;
• Cook until light desolation;
• Grind the kernels of nuts to a state of medium crumb;
• In a bowl, beat eggs with yogurt and butter;
• Cut the lavash crosswise into two equal parts;

Ingredients:
• Thin sheet lavash - 2 pcs;
• Eggs - 3-4 pieces;
• White onion - 1 piece;
• Cabbage - 0.5 kg;
• Carrot - 1 piece;
• Salt and ground pepper - to taste;
• Smoked paprika - to taste;
• Milk - 1 glass;
• Sour cream - 0.5 cups;
• Sunflower oil.

• Clear;
