Ingredients:
• Garlic - a pair of heads;
• White beans from a can - 900 g;
• Tahini - 70 g;
• Lemon juice - 3 tbsp;
• Olive oil - 6 tablespoons;
• Salt and pepper to taste.

Cooking method:
• Preheat the oven;
• Remove the tip of the garlic heads;
• Drizzle with a spoonful of olive oil;
• Add salt, wrap in foil;
• Send to the oven for half an hour;
• Allow to cool and clean;
