Ingredients:

• Medium-sized zucchini - 2 pcs;

• Bulgarian red or yellow pepper - 1 pc;

• Large green apples - 2 pcs;

• White onion - 1 piece;

• Garlic - 3 cloves;

• Fresh parsley - 1 small bunch;

• Butter - 2 tbsp;

• Fatty sour cream - 1 glass;

• Smoked paprika - 0.5 tsp;

• Tomato paste - 1 tbsp;

• Ground salt and pepper - to taste.

Cooking method:

• Finely chop the onion and garlic;

• Fry in a small amount of butter for about 5-6 minutes (the pan should be deep with a thick bottom);

• Wash the pepper;

• Remove seeds and stem;

• Cut the pulp into small cubes;

• Send to the pan to the onion;

• Season with salt, pepper and paprika;

• Stir;

• Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally;

• Wash the squash;

• Ham - 250-300 g;

• Long rice - 1 glass;

• Green apples of medium size - 2 pcs;

• Carrot - 1 piece;

• Bulgarian red pepper - 1 piece;

• White onion - 1 pc;

• Fresh parsley - 1 small bunch;

• Salt and ground pepper - to taste;

• Sunflower oil.

Cooking method:

• Rice thoroughly rinse under cold running water several times;

• After boil until tender in slightly salted water;

• Throw in a colander and allow to cool;

• Finely chop the onion and fry in sunflower oil for about 5-7 minutes;

• Fatty sour cream - 6 tsp;

• Hard cheese - 150 g;

• Salt and ground pepper - to taste;

• Parsley and green onions - several stems.

Cooking method:

• Wash the potatoes;

• Clear;

• Cut into circles of medium thickness;

• Wash the apples;

• Remove the core;

• Cut the pulp similarly to potatoes;

• Put the potatoes in a baking dish, having previously covered with parchment;

• Grate or crush butter on top of potatoes;

• Send to an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 15 minutes;

• Send to the oven for 20 minutes, reducing the temperature to 180 degrees;

• Garlic - 1 small head;

• Chili flakes - 1 tsp;

• Black pepper - 5-6 peas;

• Laurel - 2 pieces;

• Sunflower oil;

• Olive oil;

• Balsamic vinegar - 2, 5 tablespoons;

• Goat cheese - 70 g;

• Salt - to taste;

• Fresh parsley - a couple of stems.

Cooking method:

• Thoroughly wash the beets;

• Dry;

• Sprinkle well with olive oil;

• Wrap in foil;
