Rich in vitamins and essential oils, it is a real boon for those looking after their health. But the main advantage of this root vegetable is that it is suitable not only for salads, but also for preparing various dishes, and even tops are used.

If pancakes, then with honey, jam and jam, with meat and mushrooms, with cottage cheese and sour cream, with poppy seeds and other delicious fillings. And how do you like the option with radish? Sounds quite unexpected, intriguing and tempting, doesn't it?

Ingredients:

• Radish with tops - 1 large bunch;

• Medium fat sour cream - 1 glass;

• Salt - to taste;

• Black ground pepper - to taste;

• Parsley - 1 small bunch;

Cooking method:

• Wash radishes and tops well;

• Throw in a colander and drain off excess liquid;

Ingredients:

• Cottage cheese - 1 glass;

• Radish - 6-8 pcs;

• Sour cream of medium fat content - 3-4 tablespoons;

• Green onion - 2-3 feathers;

• Fresh parsley - 2-3 branches;

• Salt - to taste;

• Ground black pepper - to taste;

• Garlic - 2 cloves.

• Wash the radish;

• Cut off the ponytails;

• Cut the root vegetable into thin half rings or small cubes, strips;

• Wash onions and parsley;

• Dry and chop finely;

Ingredients:

• Radish - 6-8 pcs;

• Pasta or spaghetti - 200 g;

• Butter - 2 tsp;

• Hard cheese - 100 g;

• Salt - to taste;

• Ground pepper - to taste;

• Lemon juice - to taste;

• Fresh parsley - 2-3 stalks.

• Boil the pasta in slightly salted water until cooked according to the instructions on the package;

• Radish with tops - 10 pcs;

• Oatmeal flakes - 1 glass;

• Medium fat sour cream - 0.5 cups;

• Water - 2 l;

• Salt - to taste;

• Ground pepper - to taste;

• Fresh parsley - 3-4 branches.

• Rinse the flakes several times under cold running water;

• After filling with water (2 liters);

• Cook over medium heat;

• Wash the radish;
