In North Yorkshire (England) you can find an antique 3rd class passenger carriage from the time of Queen Victoria. It looks pretty dull on the outside, but inside it is a real 5 star hotel. The combination of elements of the past and modern times creates the ideal atmosphere for relaxation.
This class 3 carriage was built back in 1887. It was decommissioned in the early 1920s, then it was bought out and adapted to fit your needs. The car was equipped for a shop, workshop, warehouse, office. But now it is a wonderful hotel for 4 guests.

Inside the car there is one large bed (if necessary, you can "hide") and one bunk bed. Dining table, sofa, curtains - all this creates the spirit of the Victorian era. But so that vacationers do not feel uncomfortable, the hotel has enough modern things (HD TV / DVD, free Wi-Fi).

The kitchen is also stylized in the style of a bygone era.

Australian Matthew de Boer also adapted the carriage to fit his needs. He made a country house out of an old railway carriage.
