But what to do when it is a pity to throw it away, but there is no desire to eat a dish already three days old? Definitely - continue cooking! After all, as it turned out, you can cook a whole lot of delicious dishes from boiled rice that you can feed the whole family.
1. Rice cutlets

Despite the fact that this dish is vegetarian, nevertheless, in terms of taste, it is able to satisfy any request. The main thing is to cook it correctly.
Ingredients:
• Boiled rice - 1 glass;
• Flour - 1 tbsp;
• Eggs - 1 piece;
• Greens (dill, parsley, green onions) - 1 bunch of your choice or 1 combined bunch;
• Salt, pepper - to taste;
• Frying oil.

Cooking method:
• Mix rice with egg and flour;
• Then add finely chopped greens;
