
For lovers of sweets, for those who lead a healthy lifestyle or just want to please their family with healthy snacks - homemade marmalade, which can be prepared from almost any product at your fingertips.
1. Apple and pear

As a rule, pectin-based apple-pear marmalade is a classic, which from the first bite pleases with a pronounced fruity taste and incredibly delicate aroma. And yet, such sweets can be given even to children from an early age, only if you exclude wine from the composition, giving preference to water.
Ingredients:
• Sunflower oil - 1-2 tsp;
• Green apples of medium size - 2 pcs;
• Medium sized pears - 2 pcs;
• Water or dry white wine - 1 cup;
• Sugar - 1 cup;
• Pectin - 1 tsp;
• Ground cinnamon - on the tips of a knife;
• Ground nutmeg - on the tips of a knife;
• Vanilla - on the tip of a knife;
• Ground cloves - on the tip of a knife;
• Lemon juice - 2 tsp.

Cooking method:
• Wash apples and pears;
• Peel and core;
• Cut the pulp into medium cubes;
• Transfer to a deep small saucepan;
• Pour a glass of water or wine;
• Boil;
• Reduce heat;
• To cover with a lid;
• Cook for 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally or until apples and pears are tender;
• Remove from fire;
• Cool slightly and pour the stewed fruit into a blender bowl;
• Kill until smooth;
• Rub the resulting puree through a fine sieve or cheesecloth into a clean saucepan;
• Mix cinnamon, cloves, vanilla, nutmeg and half a cup of sugar together;
• Add to fruit puree and mix thoroughly;
• Put the saucepan on medium heat and cook for another 15-20 minutes until the mashed potatoes begin to thicken and reach for a spoon;
• Remove from heat and add sugar mixed with pectin;
• Stir thoroughly and return the pan to the fire;
• Stir constantly, bring to a boil;
• Then boil for another 2-3 minutes (or until the sugar is completely dissolved);
• Remove from heat and pour the resulting mass into a mold covered with parchment greased with sunflower oil;
• Cool to room temperature;
• Send to refrigerator for 6-8 hours or until completely solidified;
• Before serving, cut the ready-made marmalade into small even pieces;
• If desired, sprinkle with powdered sugar or grated nuts.
2. Beet and berry

Another original recipe for homemade marmalade is a delicacy made from regular beets combined with berries. It turns out incredibly tasty, and most importantly healthy.
Ingredients:
• Water - 0.5 cups;
• Agar-agar - 1, 5 tbsp;
• Berries (fresh or frozen) - 1 glass;
• Small beets - 1-2 pieces;
• Honey - 1 tbsp;
• Lemon juice - 1 tsp.

Cooking method:
• Mix agar-agar with water;
• Mix thoroughly and pour into a saucepan;
• Beat well and leave for 5-7 minutes;
• Defrost berries if necessary;
• Wash the beets;
• Peel, cut into arbitrary pieces;
• Transfer to a blender bowl;
• Add berries;
• Kill until smooth;
• Rub the resulting puree through a fine sieve;
• Then add honey, lemon juice and interrupt again;
• Transfer to a stewpan to agar-agar;
• Stir and cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally;
• Boil;
• Reduce heat and cook until mashed potatoes begin to reach for a spoon;
• Remove from fire;
• Pour into molds, having previously greased them with sunflower oil (odorless) or covered with parchment;
• Cool to room temperature and send to refrigerator until completely solidified.
3. Chocolate

There is hardly anything tastier than chocolate. Although, if you think so, then chocolate marmalade is in no way inferior to a slab of your favorite chocolate. And cooking it at home will not be difficult. However, if you wish, you can add a filling of nuts, dried fruits and even hot peppers.
Ingredients:
• Cocoa powder - 3 tbsp;
• Sugar - 2 tsp;
• Agar-agar - 0.5 tsp;
• Milk - 0.5 cups;
• Water - 0.5 cups;
• Assorted nuts - 1 handful;
• Dried apricots - 1 handful.

Cooking method:
• Grind the nuts to a coarse crumb consistency;
• Rinse dried apricots thoroughly under cold running water;
• And cut into small cubes;
• Mix with nuts;
• Mix cocoa with sugar;
• And pour into a pot of water;
• Mix agar-agar with milk and pour into a saucepan for cocoa;
• Stir gently and put on medium heat;
• Boil;
• Then boil for 2-3 minutes and remove from heat;
• Sprinkle the mixture of dried fruits and nuts into silicone molds and pour the chocolate mass on top;
• Allow to cool to room temperature;
• Then send it to the refrigerator for 2-3 hours;
• Before serving, remove the prepared marmalade from the molds and sprinkle with chalk cinnamon if desired.
4. Coca-Cola

Despite the fact that Coca-Cola cannot boast of its usefulness, nevertheless, it is loved all over the world. However, there is a reason. It can be used not only as a household life hack, but also as a base for marmalade.
Ingredients:
• Coca-Cola - 1 can;
• Gelatin - 2 sachets;
• Water - for soaking gelatin;
• Powdered sugar;
• Ground cinnamon.

Cooking method:
• Dilute gelatin with water;
• Then mix with Coca-Cola;
• After mixing thoroughly;
• Pour into molds and send to the refrigerator for several hours until completely solidified;
• Then get the marmalade out of the molds;
• And roll in a mixture of powdered sugar and cinnamon.
5. From jam

• Any jam - 1 cup;
• Gelatin - 4 tsp;
• Water - 1, 5 glasses;
• Lemon - 0.5 pcs.

Cooking method:
• Mix half a glass of warm water in a bowl with gelatin;
• Stir and leave to swell;

• And pour into a saucepan;
• Bring to a boil and, stirring constantly, cook for 3-4 minutes;

• Allow to cool to room temperature;
• After squeezing out the juice of half a lemon and add gelatin;

• Pour into a blender bowl and beat until smooth;

• Send to the refrigerator for several hours until complete solidification;
