1. Loose rice with vegetables and chicken

If you are a pilaf lover, then this recipe will suit your taste. Rice with vegetables and pieces of chicken fillet is what you need for dinner with your family.
Ingredients:
• Chicken fillet - 350-400 g;
• Rice - 0.5 cups;
• Large onion - 1 piece;
• Medium-sized carrots - 1 pc;
• Bulgarian pepper - 1 piece;
• Medium-sized tomatoes - 2 pcs;
• Sunflower oil - 2 tbsp;
• Salt - to taste;
• Ground black pepper - to taste.

Cooking method:
• Rinse the rice well under running water;
• Wash fillets;
• Dry with paper towels;
• Cut into small pieces;
• Wash vegetables;
• Clear;
• Remove seeds and membranes from pepper;
• Remove the skin from the tomato;
• Finely chop all vegetables (into cubes or cubes);
• Send to a preheated frying pan with oil;
• While stirring, fry for about 5-6 minutes;

• Potatoes - 0.5 kg;
• Mushrooms - 200-250 g;
• Medium-sized onion - 1 pc;
• Medium-sized tomatoes - 2 pcs;
• Hard cheese - 100-120 g;
• Mayonnaise - 100 g;
• Sunflower oil - 2 tbsp;
• Salt - to taste;
• Ground black pepper - to taste.

Cooking method:
• Wash the mushrooms;
• Dry;
• Cut into thin slices;
• Cut the onion into thin half rings;
• Fry in sunflower oil for 2-3 minutes;
• Then add the chopped mushrooms;
• Add salt and pepper;
• Stir gently;
• Cook for 10-12 minutes;
• Wash the potatoes;
• Cut into thin slices and transfer to a baking dish, greased with oil beforehand;
• Top with mushrooms fried with onions and grease with mayonnaise;
• Then lay out a layer of sliced tomatoes;
• Cover with foil and send to an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 20 minutes;
• Then remove the foil, sprinkle generously with grated cheese;
• Put back in the oven for at least 15 minutes.
3. Pasta with vegetables

Pasta with vegetables is another budget dinner option for the whole family. Simple, tasty and inexpensive.
Ingredients:
• Pasta - 1, 5 cups;
• Bulgarian pepper - 1 piece;
• Medium-sized tomatoes - 2 pcs;
• Medium-sized onion - 1 pc;
• Small carrot - 1 piece;
• Garlic - 3-4 cloves;
• Sunflower oil - 2 tbsp;
• Tomato paste - 1 tsp;
• Salt - to taste;
• Ground pepper - to taste.

Cooking method:
• Boil pasta in slightly salted water until half cooked;
• Then drain the water and put it in a colander;
• Wash the pepper;
• Remove seeds and membranes;
• Remove the skin from the tomatoes;
• Chop onions and carrots;
• Dice the pepper and tomatoes;
• Pass the garlic through a press;
• Send the chopped vegetables to the pan and fry in vegetable oil for 10-15 minutes;
• Then add pasta and tomato paste;
• Salt, pepper and mix;
• Cover and cook for another 7-10 minutes;
• Before serving, if desired, sprinkle with fresh herbs or grated cheese.
4. Turkey meatballs

What could be tastier than meatballs? Only tender and juicy turkey meatballs cooked with spices and aromatic herbs. Serve them as a separate dish, or, if desired, with a side dish of vegetables, potatoes.
Ingredients:
• Turkey fillet (or minced meat) - 400 g;
• Large onion - 1 piece;
• Medium-sized carrots - 1 pc;
• Garlic - 4-5 cloves;
• Rice - 100-120 g;
• Eggs - 1 piece;
• Salt - to taste;
• Spices for meat - to taste;
• Dried herbs - to taste;
• Sunflower oil for frying;
• Breadcrumbs (you can use flour or semolina).

Cooking method:

• Chop and mince on medium mesh;
• Peel and grind vegetables;

• Fish fillet - 800 g;
• Large onions - 2 pieces;
• Medium-sized carrots - 1 pc;
• Medium-sized tomatoes - 2 pcs;
• Hard cheese - 120-150 g;
• Sunflower oil - 1 tbsp;
• Salt - to taste;
• Seasoning for fish - to taste;
• Ground pepper - to taste.

Cooking method:
• Wash the fish fillets;
• Dry with paper towels;
• Cut into small pieces;
• Remove the skin from the tomato;
• Cut the pulp into small pieces;
• Chop the onion;
• Grate carrots on a fine grater;
• Grease a baking dish with oil;
• Put onion on the bottom;
• Salt and pepper;
• Lay out a layer of fish on top;
• Re-season with spices;
• Top with carrots and tomatoes;
• Sprinkle with grated cheese;
• Send to an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 40-50 minutes.
