Retired special forces soldier Igor Vasiliev continues to work on the creation of new types of pistols. Not so long ago, the designer presented three most interesting samples at once, each of which is focused on performing special tasks of a different kind.

Designer Igor Vasiliev presented a new line of his pistols to the media for testing. We are talking about models PV-17, PSN-V, as well as the Strizh pistol. The most notable among the new products was PSN-V, which has already taken the title of the thinnest pistol in the world, among serial samples.

First of all, it is worth recalling that Igor Vasiliev is a veteran of the special forces of the Russian Federation. Not so long ago, he retired and started designing weapons. According to the ex-military, during his service he constantly noticed shortcomings in certain types of firearms, and also thought a lot about how these shortcomings could be corrected, leaving the weapon as reliable, simple and effective as possible.

The PSN-V pistol is designed for concealed carry. Its thickness is only 18 mm. The weapon was created solely to become a “last chance” for its owner in an extreme situation. Ideal for short and ultra short range combat. It has high efficiency even when shooting offhand.

The PV-17 pistol model is universal and can be used to perform various tasks. The weapon weighs 760 grams and has a regular magazine for 16 rounds. An important feature of the weapon is the non-standard barrel locking system.

The Strizh pistol is another universal model for special forces, using a 9x19 mm caliber. The magazine capacity is 17 rounds. The pistol comes with two barrels. The replacement is carried out in 20 seconds. The weapon also comes with a conversion kit with a stock.
