1. With mushrooms and spinach

Ingredients:
• Curly pasta or spaghetti - 300 g;
• Mushrooms (any to your taste) - 0.5 kg;
• Spinach - 150 g;
• Hard cheese - 50 g;
• Butter - 40 g;
• Olive oil - 2 tablespoons;
• Salt - to taste;
• Ground black pepper - to taste;
• Fresh parsley - 6-7 stalks;
• Lemon - 1 pc.

Cooking method:
• Bring water to a boil and then salt;
• Gently add pasta and boil until half cooked as written on the package;
• Pour some of the liquid into a glass;
• Throw the pasta in a colander;
• Wash, dry and chop spinach;
• Wash the mushrooms thoroughly;
• Dry and cut into even pieces;
• Fry in olive oil and butter until light golden brown;
• Pepper, salt and stir;
• Then add pasta to the mushrooms;
• Pour 0.5 cups of pasta water;

Ingredients:
• Spirals - 200 g;
• Small eggplants - 1 pc;
• Small carrots - 1 pc;
• Red onion - 1 small head;
• Bulgarian pepper - 1 piece;
• Small zucchini - 1 piece;
• Tomato paste - 100 g;
• Small tomatoes (cherry is possible) - 5-6 pcs;
• Hard cheese - 50 g;
• Garlic - 2 cloves;
• Salt - to taste;
• Olive oil - 2 tablespoons;
• A mixture of dry herbs - 0.5 tsp;
• Green basil - 3-4 leaves.

Cooking method:
• Boil the spirals in slightly salted water until half cooked;
• Peel the onion and cut into thin half rings;
• Wash, peel and cut vegetables into thin strips (or cubes);
• Fry in oil for 5-7 minutes;
• Then salt, pepper, add garlic passed through a press, dry herbs, tomato paste;
• Stir gently, add a little water and cook for another 6-8 minutes;
• Mix ready vegetables with boiled pasta;
• Sprinkle with grated cheese and finely chopped basil leaves before serving.
3. Carbonara

The secret of the perfect Carbonara pasta is a delicious and perfectly selected set of ingredients that gives the dish that very bright and rich taste.
Ingredients:
• Spaghetti - 150-200 g;
• Bacon - 8-10 strips;
• Medium-sized onion - 1 pc;
• Garlic - 3-4 cloves;
• Eggs - 2 pcs;
• Fat cream - 0.5 cups;
• Hard cheese - 100 g;
• Salt - to taste;
• Ground black pepper - to taste.

Cooking method:
• Boil spaghetti in slightly salted water until half cooked;
• Cut bacon into small pieces;
• And fry in a dry hot skillet until crisp;
• Afterwards, transfer to a dish covered with paper towels;
• Peel and chop the onion;
• Pass the garlic through a press;
• Fry for 5-7 minutes in the same pan where the bacon was fried;
• Salt and pepper;
• Throw the spaghetti in a colander and let the water drain;
• In a bowl, mix eggs with cream, add half of the grated cheese and mix thoroughly until smooth;

• Fatty cream - 2-3 tbsp;

• Boil pasta in slightly salted water until al dente;
• Wash spinach thoroughly under cold running water;
• Then dry and cut;
• Fry in butter for 5-7 minutes;
• After squeezing out the lemon juice, salt and pepper;
• Stir gently;

5. With shrimps

• Pasta - 400 g;
• Peeled shrimps - 0.5 kg;
• Large tomatoes - 4 pieces;
• Garlic - 5-6 cloves;
• Olive oil - 6 tsp;
• Dry white wine - 1 glass;
• Butter - 4 tsp;
• Spices for seafood - 1 tsp;
• Salt - to taste;
• Ground black pepper - to taste.

Cooking method:
• Boil pasta in slightly salted water according to the instructions;
• Afterwards, put it in a colander and let the water drain;
• Wash the tomatoes;
• Remove the skin;
• Cut the pulp into small cubes;
• And fry in a deep frying pan in olive oil for 3-4 minutes;

• Cover and cook for 35-40 minutes;
