Road signs are an understandable thing, conceived and executed from the very beginning in such a way as to avoid double interpretations. An unpleasant surprise
In the "best" case, the hooligans decided to cover up the sign, apparently from an inflamed sense of humor. In the worst case, the sign was closed by scammers. In any case, if the driver witnessed this, then he needs to be vigilant. Also, if the situation and traffic rules allow, it will not be superfluous to stop and save the package sign.

It is strongly recommended that if you encounter a closed mark, make sure that it hits the camera lens accurately. However, there are exceptions to all of the above. Quite often, the signs are covered by road service employees. However, such cases are very easily identified, if only because the appropriate work will most likely be going on on the road. For example, the roadbed will be expanded. In addition, when signs are covered, road services in most cases install temporary signs, or apply temporary markings. In other words, it will not be difficult for an observant driver to distinguish planned concealment of signs from a fraudulent scheme.
