When you go to the store for cucumbers in winter, every time you catch yourself thinking that they do not taste at all the same as in summer. Keeping a cucumber fresh until winter without losing the "strength of the earth" in it is an extraordinary task. If there is no desire to eat a greenhouse "pesticide" product, then it is necessary to take care of creating your own stocks of fresh cucumbers from the summer. You can do this with the help of the following recipe.

So, first of all, we take fresh cucumbers and wash them thoroughly under running water. Next, the vegetable must be dried and wiped. Clean cucumbers are cut into small to medium-sized cubes using an ordinary table knife, just like for a salad. We chop exactly as many cucumbers as we want to prepare. The bigger, the better.

When all the cucumbers are cut, you need to take clean plastic bags and load the resulting cubes into them. It is not worth zealous and pressing a green product. Cucumber crumbs should be more or less loose in the bags. As soon as all the stocks are packaged, each bag is tied (even better if it is bags with Velcro) and sent for storage in the freezer.

That's all you need to do in order to have access to fresh cucumbers in winter. An ice cream product for a salad or as a snack will be much better than what retail chains can offer during the cold season. Many citizens will probably ask: why not just freeze whole cucumbers? The fact is that if you do not cut the vegetables, then they will freeze and crack, as a result of which, after defrosting, such cucumbers will turn out to be watery and completely not tasty.
