Every summer resident knows very well that the best way to dispose of most of the agricultural waste of natural origin is incineration. But there is a little problem in this case. Making a fire in the country is quite strictly controlled by the Ministry of Emergencies, and violations of the established order are severely punished. All this is especially important against the background of the fact that the approaching 2021 will bring new rules for making a fire for summer residents. What will change in them?
Changes to the rules for making a fire in the country

The rules on this subject have now been supplemented with a new wording, which explicitly states that it is strictly forbidden to make and use open fire on the territory of the dacha, including cases of cooking and burning garbage. The only exceptions in this respect are those cases when the firing of an open fire is carried out in specially designated places. This subtlety was especially paid attention to by the country's Ministry of Emergency Situations.

Representatives of the department recalled that a normal person realizes the danger of open fire and without any prohibitions and rules, and therefore, even being guided by common sense, he will do everything according to the law. At the same time, no one forbids frying barbecue and burning garbage, as well as making any other fires, provided that they are made on a prepared site. It is even better when there are braziers, braziers and barrels for this. The Ministry of Emergency Situations recalled that open fire should be 20-30 meters away from buildings and trees. In the case of a barbecue, the distance is halved.
What else can not be done in the country

In this respect, 2021 will not bring anything new. However, one should simply remind compatriots that a number of things are prohibited for execution at their summer cottage. So, it is strictly forbidden to bury non-decomposing garbage, to carry out unauthorized felling of trees, to spend more than 100 cubic meters of water per day from a well or well without a license, to violate the boundaries of the site and to seize the territory of neighbors with their buildings or replanting agricultural crops. Also, do not forget about the ban on the construction of a blank fence.

In some regions of Russia, cattle cannot be bred at their dachas, and small livestock should not walk around where they want, unattended. When planting trees, remember that tall species from 15 meters should stand 3 meters from the fence, medium ones from 10 meters - 2 meters, and low tree species and shrubs - 1 meter from the fence. This is not a complete list of prohibitions and restrictions on the management of summer cottages, however, what is listed here is traditionally included in the top 10 fines for Russian summer residents.
