Smoking in public places is prohibited in many countries. But, unfortunately, not everyone complies with this law and not everywhere its implementation is monitored. For such cases, the South Korean designer Jin Ho Kim created the No-Smoking Alarm System - an alarm against smokers.
We have seen such devices hundreds and thousands of times. No-Smoking Alarm Systems work on the same principle as fire alarms. The device has a built-in sensor that reacts to smoke. But with a positive result, he does not begin to water the room where he is with water. It changes in color and begins to squeak.
Thus, the No-Smoking Alarm System draws attention to a smoker in public places, to a lawbreaker. So, wherever he tries to smoke, the ground will burn under him.
Of course, such a device will not hang everywhere on every corner, thereby making it generally impossible to smoke in the city. The No-Smoking Alarm System, as planned, will hang in public places where tobacco smoke will not be particularly relevant - at bus stops, at playgrounds, in toilets, educational institutions, etc.
I must say that the sound signal is still a pleasure. But, you must admit, it is much better to endure a little unpleasant sound than nasty, harmful tobacco smoke. Moreover, after a while the No-Smoking Alarm System will simply train smokers, teach them how to smoke in the wrong places.
