Danish architecture firm Schmidt Hammer Lassen recently won a design competition for a hotel under construction in Lund, Sweden. The building will be located at the highest point of the city, providing an excellent view of the entire city from its windows.
It is planned that, from its height, looking out of them, it will be possible to observe a park with many trees, a city pond and generally as much greenery as possible than other buildings and residential buildings. The designers did not forget about the stability and safety of the building. Despite its rather wobbly appearance, the architectural building was built thoughtfully and all the details were taken into account. By the way, this angularity is not accidental. This is done with the expectation that the required amount of light falls on all rooms and halls of the building. By the way, for Scandinavian architecture, this appearance of the building is quite typical.

Of course, the building will contain not only hotels - it would simply be unprofitable. In addition to the rooms, there are also conference rooms, multipurpose halls for various exhibitions, shows and fairs, buffets and banquets. Plans include a jacuzzi and fitness center, as well as a restaurant on the ground floor. The designers hope that the guests will be satisfied with the offered services, as they expect that they will be mainly business people from the field of culture and business.

But such a complex should consume less energy by 20-25% than other similar structures. And these are by no means small numbers.
