On May 2nd, an exhibition of ceramics by Japanese designer Yuko Suzuki opened in New York. With his collection "Signature", he wanted to reveal the themes of human relations: in love, friendship, business.

The sculptures themselves look quite unusual. Some figurines of people have horns on their heads. And the horns of the most varied forms! There are, for example, elk. And then there are the heads of people with ears of either hares or pigs. All this should somehow make us reflect on how we behave. And look at ourselves from the outside. No wonder the figures are placed in front of the mirror. Like, take a look at yourself, people, come to your senses!

There is also an interesting sculpture depicting two people. They measure their own noses, as if competing, which of them is better. Familiar situation? I think many will see themselves in these, albeit a little humorous works. And no matter how funny they look at first glance, the designer is trying to convey serious things to our minds.

Suzuki has been living and working in the United States for a long time. The exhibition itself will run until June 27th.
