In honor of the past Valentine's Day, let's talk about love in the city.
"Love in the city" is a concept by designer Anke Weiss. As he rightly noted, red is not only a sign of prohibition, danger, attention, although it is this function that red carries in ordinary traffic lights. Red is also the color of love, passion, heart. Therefore, the designer has developed special stickers for traffic lights that have a heart-shaped hole.
Anke Weiss offers to glue these stickers at traffic lights in the evening and at night. Thus, in his opinion, the city will be transformed, and its inhabitants will be able to take a break from the crazy daily rhythm, driving a load of thousands of things, and relax.
Despite the originality and beauty of the idea, it is unlikely that it will take root somewhere: it will take too much work and expense to stick these stickers in the evening and shoot in the morning. There is no profit from the process itself, and labor requires payment. However, in my opinion, the idea can be developed: abandon stickers and develop light bulbs for traffic lights that can give light of different shapes. Technically, it shouldn't be difficult. We need to give an idea to the Japanese - since they really care about themselves and often do things for the sake of spiritual comfort that confuse practical Europeans. Maybe they will be tempted?
