Motorcycle owners rightfully consider themselves the kings of the roads. They control almost everything on the road - prohibitive speed, agility and a crazy amount of adrenaline in the blood. But technology does not stand still and today's motorcycles are being replaced by new, even more breathtaking ones. Don't believe me? Check out the top ten motorcycle concepts!
10. The Saga

Designer: Paul Yang and Larry Nagel
Status: Motorcycle Project
Feature: The duo's first project, only taking seven months

Paul Young is not a designer by profession, and he was just lucky enough to get into the hands of the experienced Larry Nagel. True, the status of an amateur did not prevent Paul from immediately joining the work, and their first project, which usually takes 18 to 24 months, they managed to do in just seven.
When Young came to Larry Nagel's ad, he asked "what if my design won't work?" And we will figure out how to implement it to make it work”.
9. Chrysler Tomahawk

Designer: Daimler Chrysler
Status: Ready for production
Engine: V10
Feature: Rideable sculpture.

It seems that at the moment this is the pinnacle of the evolution of motorcycles. Judge for yourself - The V10 engine gives the bike a whopping 500 horsepower - more than anyone else. And thanks to a ten-cylinder engine with a volume of 8, 3 liters, it literally hovers above the road at a speed of more than 400 miles per hour, which, when translated into our kilometers, gives a completely fantastic figure - more than 650 km / h.
It remains only to wait for Chrysler to deliver the production of Tomahawks to see firsthand in its power.
8. Peraves Monotracer

Designer: Swiss manufactory Peraves
Status: Produced in a quantity of 100 copies per year
Engine: BMW 1200 CC, 130 hp.
Feature: Connects the capabilities of a car and a bike

The Peraves Monotracer combines the power and character of a sports bike with the convenience of a sports car. And in order to find the perfect combination, the Swiss Peraves team made more than 90 prototypes, on which they traveled 12 million kilometers, in order to avoid the slightest mistake and not spoil their impeccable reputation. When the pilot (say "driver" does not turn his tongue) enters a corner, the retractable stabilizer wheels are positioned in less than half a second, allowing the bike to lean 52 degrees more than most bikes in their lives.
7. BMW IMME 1200

Designer: Nicolas Bubar and Yves Dufeutrelle of ISD
Status: Prototype
Engine: 150 hp, based on the BMW 1200 Boxer
Feature: A stunning concept designed by two newbies

Nicholas Boubard (22 years old) and Yves Dufutrel (24 years old) are students of the International School of Design. They decided that building a sports bike based on the BMW 1200 Boxer would be a great idea. The reality has surpassed their expectations - their IMME 1200 will be on display at this year's Munich Motorcycle Show at the BMW booth. And being recognized by one of the leading German companies is worth a lot.
6. The Dacoit

Designer: Nitin Khosa
Status: Concept bike
Feature: The real devil.

Nitin Hosa designed this bike for those in their thirties, but with a young guy who wants daring deeds and is ready to realize them with the help of an aggressive and evil looking motorcycle. Hosa named the bike "Dacoit" - this was the name of a class of robbers in India who were always armed and very dangerous. The bike's face is adorned with a very evil physiognomy, whose eyes look out from under the hood.
5. The Embrio

Designer: Canadian multinational studio Bombardier
Status: Prototype
Engine: Integrated hydrogen fuel cell
Feature: One-wheel, releases only water vapor.

The bike, if you can call it that, can be expected from the Bombardier studio in 2025 - its technology is too innovative at the moment. A single wheel is driven by a hydrogen-consuming motor, which creates power by mixing hydrogen and oxygen. As a result of the exhaust, no harmful substances are generated - only water vapor.
4. The Renovatio

Designer: Ed Jacobs
Status: Pre-production
Engine: 135 hp, V-twin engine specially developed by Katech
Feature: Easy to upgrade and remodel

Confederate Motorcycles lead designer Ed Jacobs this bike concept so that it can be easily repaired or added. Therefore, the details were selected universal. Inside the motorcycle is a V-Twin engine, which squeezes out 135 horsepower from it. Confederate is confident that the project will gain huge popularity and will begin production this year.
3. The V-Rex

Designer: Tim Cameron
Status: Serial production started
Engine: Harley Davidson Revolution V-Twin
Feature: A year ago, it was just an amateur drawing on a computer screen.

For Australian designer Tim Cameron, this bike was nothing more than a dream bike, and he thought dreams were the only place the bike was destined to ride. But a happy coincidence of circumstances allowed the motorcycle to become a reality. Tim Cameron's dream is equipped with a turbine that will accelerate to 320 km / h, and experts from around the world call the V-Rex the most amazing motorcycle they have ever seen.
2. The Hyanide

Designer: Oliver Keller and Tillman Schlutz
Status: Model on a one-to-five scale. Currently, production has not started.
Engine: 60 hp Single cylinder 500 cc engine cm.
Feature: Suitable for all terrain, thanks to crawler track

Developed by Michelin Design Challenge in recent years, Hyanide impresses with its cross-country ability. Thanks to the rubber track, the motorcycle was able to ride anywhere, as long as part of the track touched the ground. Unfortunately, nothing is known about the status of the project at the moment, but we hope that sooner or later Michelin will put the production of Hyanide on stream.
1. Detonator V4 6.0

Designer: Daniel Simon
Status: Concept \ Sculpture
Engine: 6 liters, 4 cylinders
Feature: Absolutely unlike anything in the world

In fact, this motorcycle (or rather an immovable concept that doesn't seem to have any chance of becoming a real motorcycle) resembles a cross between a chopper and a car android. And in general, a lot like that. It looks least of all, perhaps, on a motorcycle. For this, I got into our review in first place.
