Designers are involved in a wide variety of projects in completely unpredictable areas. Although some of them create familiar things for all of us: lamps, hangers, chairs (by the way, very pretty), vases … But others prefer to explore hitherto unexplored branches of art. Moreover, very extraordinary.

Designer Christopher Locke created a collection of monster spiders called Scissor Spiders. Most interestingly, he makes them all by hand! From scissors. In some incomprehensible way, he composes skeletons of them that really look like spiders. And what scary ones … It's scary to watch.

However, this is also a part of art, no matter how paradoxical it may be. We have only one question: why? Why do we need these bogeymen, why did the designer have to create them at all? The answer lies on the surface - self-realization, the release of emotions. And not necessarily negative.

It's just that a person works in this area, the work brings him pleasure, he is interested in it.. Well, why not? Surely there are connoisseurs of this art. And here I am - pass. I don't really like that, brrr.
