The Prototyp Einfamilienhaus is the prototype of a single family home. Such houses will be built in Germany, Italy and Switzerland. The first sample will be sold in Germany, in the town of DarB, in 2008, when it is planned to complete construction
Here is information about the project from the site of AKA architetti itself

AKA architetti won the competition to develop a prototype single family home for sale in Germany, Switzerland and Italy. In April 2007, five European architecture companies were invited to participate and exchange ideas on the theme of a wooden single family home.
The Italian company AKA, with its environmentally friendly and energy-efficient design, was announced to the jury as "Choice # 1". The competition, organized by Energietechnik, was closed. Only five invited companies took part in it.

The presented project has two floors with a total area of about 130 square meters. The first floor includes a common area that offers views of the greenery from the outside, as the walls of the first floor are made of durable glass. The second floor with private rooms is made entirely of wood.

We will install a photovoltaic panel system or solar panels on the roof.
