1. Balls of cod liver

For those who like to get together in a noisy company in front of the TV, but are tired of store snacks and fast food, but at the same time want to pamper themselves with something tasty - catch a recipe for a spicy cod liver snack that is easy to prepare in a matter of minutes.
Ingredients:
• Cod liver - 250 g;
• Cheese - 70 g;
• Medium-sized potatoes - 2 pcs;
• Eggs - 2 pcs;
• Parsley - several branches;
• Salt and black pepper - to taste;
• Sesame - 2-3 tbsp;
• Mayonnaise to taste.

Cooking method:
• Boil eggs hard-boiled;
• Wash the potatoes thoroughly;
• Boil in a uniform in slightly salted water;
• Cool and clean;
• After grate on the largest grater;
• Grate cheese and eggs on a fine grater;

Another very tasty dish that can be prepared from canned fish is jellied pie.
Ingredients:
• Eggs - 2 pcs;
• Sour cream - 4 tsp;
• Kefir - 370 ml;
• Flour - 250 g;
• Baking powder - 10 g;
• Potatoes - 5-6 pieces;
• White onion - 1 piece;
• Canned fish - 250 g;
• Sunflower oil;
• Salt and ground pepper to taste.

Cooking method:
• Wash the potatoes;
• Clear;
• Cut into circles;
• Peel the onion and cut into thin half rings;
• Fry with potatoes in sunflower oil for about 7-10 minutes;
• Drain liquid from canned food;
• Mash the pulp thoroughly with a fork;
• Transfer to a bowl and mix with toasted onions and potatoes;

• Mix sifted flour with baking powder;

Ingredients:
• Large long cucumber - 1 piece;
• Eggs - 4 pcs;
• Canned mackerel or saury - 250 g;
• Cheese - 150 g;
• Wafer cakes - 4 pcs;
• Mayonnaise - 200 g;
• Dill - 7-8 branches;
• Salt and ground black pepper to taste.

Cooking method:
• Boil eggs hard-boiled;
• Cool;
• Peel and coarsely grate;
• Grate cheese on a medium grater;
• Drain liquid from canned food;
• Transfer the pulp to a bowl and crush with a fork;
• Season with salt and pepper;
• Stir;
• In another bowl, mix finely chopped dill with mayonnaise;

5. Vinaigrette with fish

• Sprats - 180-200 g;
• Small beets - 2-3 pieces;
• Medium-sized carrots - 2 pcs;
• Medium-sized potatoes - 3-4 pieces;
• Purple onion - 1 piece;
• Medium-sized canned cucumbers - 2 pcs;
• Canned peas - 150 g;
• Salt and ground black pepper - to taste;
• Sunflower oil;
• Fresh parsley - several branches.

Cooking method:
• Thoroughly wash beets, carrots and potatoes;
• Boil without peeling in slightly salted water;
• After cooling and cleaning;
• Cut into small cubes;
• Chop the onion;
• Cut the cucumbers in the same way as other vegetables;
