Everyone knows that cleanliness is the key to health, but not everyone can clean the apartment every day. Someone gets tired at work, and someone simply cannot bring themselves to pick up a mop. In order not to have to choose between rest and cleaning, you need to properly organize, delegate responsibilities and be easier to deal with some of the nuances. Read more about this in the Novate.ru article.
Tip 1: Choose closed cabinets

Racks and a large number of open shelves are very often a source of mess and dust. Firstly, they constantly accumulate things that are simply too lazy to put in place. Secondly, if you collect various souvenirs, they will stand on these shelves, creating visual noise. To wipe the dust there, you will have to move numerous trinkets from place to place, as a result of which the cleaning will take a long time.
It is much easier and more convenient to dust off an empty surface, and the fewer there are in the apartment, the better. The best option is to give preference to closed cabinets. With their help, it will be possible to prevent chaos in the rooms and greatly facilitate the cleaning process.
Tip 2: use an antistatic agent

Dust is an eternal headache, especially in summer, when we open the windows wide in an attempt to fill the apartment with fresh air. To slow down the process of its appearance, use an antistatic agent. It needs to be sprayed onto shelves, cabinet furniture, household appliances, and then wiped with a napkin. After such a procedure, dust will accumulate less intensively, which means that it will be possible to clean it less often.
You can also buy a humidifier. It prevents dust and wool from settling on furniture, which is especially important if there are children or allergy sufferers at home. After installing the humidifier, be sure to monitor its operation: if the humidity level in the room is 40-50%, the result will be the opposite, and the amount of settled dust will increase.
On a note: Another way to fight is to arm yourself with cling film. Tighten the upper parts of the cabinet furniture with it, and after a while, remove it along with dust (or grease, if we are talking about the kitchen) - and lay a new one.
Tip 3: Organize your storage wisely

A well-organized storage system is very important in maintaining order. If things are in their places, then you will have to clean less often. Experts advise to approach this issue creatively and use every free centimeter wisely. For example, instead of the usual head of the bed, you can install a chest of drawers, equip vertical pull-out shelves or install a berth on a podium with niches. Also, modular storage systems that can be assembled in a variety of ways will be an excellent solution.
The organization of storage in the hallway requires special attention, since it is here that a variety of objects often accumulate, provoking visual noise. Checks, candy wrappers, flyers - a huge amount of unnecessary trifles accumulate in bags and pockets, which end up on the nightstand in the corridor. To avoid clutter, create an "in-room" area in the room and put items in there that you doubt the usefulness of. For these purposes, you can use a plastic container, a wicker basket, etc. Periodically disassemble the container and sort the accumulated items: perhaps some of them will really come in handy, while the rest will need to be thrown away. Thus, this rubbish will cease to spread throughout the apartment, filling the space with itself.
Tip 4: keep your floor clean

The largest cleaning area in any apartment is the floor. And the prospect of washing every corner often evokes not the most positive emotions. To pick up a broom or a mop, you have to go through all the stages of acceptance: denial, anger, bargaining, depression, humility. Fortunately, there is one way to avoid this. Just pay special attention to "hot spots". We're talking about the front door, the kitchen, and the litter box. Clean these areas more often, and then the garbage will not spread throughout the apartment, which means that you will not have to wash the floor every day.
Tip 5: Use High IQ Gadgets

For housewives who do not have time to clean, smart gadgets have long been invented, designed to do all the dirtiest work. A striking representative of such assistants is a robot vacuum cleaner with a wet cleaning function. It copes well with dust, debris and other floor contaminants and cleans up even the most remote corners of rooms. You can also set the area of the vacuum cleaner manually.
The streamlined body of the robot vacuum cleaner allows you to go even under low cabinets and sofas, and the height sensor does not fall from elevations, if any. The smart navigation system will show the device which trajectory to follow, so that the cleaning result is at its best.
Another assistant that will allow you to enjoy cleaning is the window cleaning robot. It adheres tightly to the surface, runs on battery power and can reach the highest and most difficult places. It is better to give preference to models that clean windows in several stages. By the way, similar gadgets can often be used to clean glass doors, partitions, shower cabins and other smooth surfaces.
Tip 6: don't save up dishes

If the kitchen does not have a dishwasher, then the dishwashing process can be a serious problem - usually family members have a dozen excuses not to touch dirty dishes. As a result, mugs and bowls accumulate in the sink, and the larger this mountain becomes, the less desire to rake it. It is much easier to immediately wash a couple of forks and pots after yourself, having spent at most five minutes, than to devote the whole evening to the lesson.
Tip 7: get rid of the excess

This phrase can already be used as a mantra, so often it is pronounced by cleaning specialists. Remember: while there are too many useless things in your apartment that only take up space, there will be no question of any order. Perform regular audits to get rid of any items that are out of date, broken, or just lying around. Such things make cleaning much more difficult and become the main cause of eternal chaos. Leave only what you really need. Stop living in anticipation of bad times and putting things off for a rainy day. This rarely pays off.
Tip 8: Analyze

When choosing furnishings, constantly ask yourself the question: how easy will they be to use and care for. Give preference not to corrugated surfaces, but to smooth, not glossy, but matte. Replace the textile sofa with a model with eco-leather upholstery, which is not afraid of water and detergents, or wear removable, impregnated covers. The carpet is also a controversial decision: are you ready to constantly take it to the dry-cleaner or wash it yourself, or is it better to do with ordinary linoleum?
Dusting the blinds is much easier than washing the curtains, and they still need to be removed and hung back. A rug at the front door and a shoe rack in the hallway, where water and sand drain, help prevent the spread of contamination throughout the apartment and localize it.
