It was there that the house was put up for sale (although it is loudly said), around which an unprecedented excitement rose. This happened for two reasons.
Intriguing fact: On the real estate website, the house turned out to be the cheapest object - "only" 450 thousand dollars, because prices for average apartments here start at 1 million "green" (cottages and old mansions will not add up prices at all). And here is a whole house! Everything would be fine, but it is the smallest house in the world, its area is 17, 5 square meters. m.
