
In the midst of the heat, it is almost impossible to eat, and as a rule, most people prefer to buy fast food rather than cook at home. But when the store food is pretty boring, and there is no strength and desire to stand for hours at the stove in order to prepare “ten” dishes, hot sandwiches come to the rescue, which, by the way, are very good cold!
1. With spicy smoked sausages

For those who love hearty snacks that replace full breakfasts, lunches and even dinners - sandwiches with smoked spicy sausages, tomatoes and chickpeas are what you need.
Ingredients:
• Sandwich round buns - 3-4 pcs;
• Hunting sausages - 3-4 pcs;
• Chili pepper - 1 piece;
• Cocktail tomatoes - 4-6 pcs;
• Olive oil - to taste;
• Canned chickpeas - 400 g;
• Sea salt - to taste;
• Ground black pepper - to taste;
• Lemons - 0.5 pcs;
• Arugula - 1 small bunch.

Cooking method:
• Wash the tomatoes;
• Cut into four pieces;
• Wash chili peppers;
• Remove the stalk and seeds;
• Cut the pulp into thin strips;
• Transfer to a bowl;
• Add tomatoes;
• Season with olive oil;
• Season with salt and pepper to taste;
• Gently mix and let it brew;
• Drain the liquid from the chickpea and rinse it several times under cold running water;
• Then transfer to a saucepan with a thick bottom;
• Warm up and stirring occasionally, cook for three to four minutes;
• Then transfer to the blender bowl;
• Season with olive oil, salt and pepper;
• Kill until smooth;
• Transfer the resulting mixture to a bowl with tomatoes and peppers;
• Stir gently;
• Cut the sausages into 0.5 cm thick circles;
• Fry in a dry skillet until golden brown on all sides;
• Cut the buns lengthwise into two equal parts;
• Lubricate with chickpea-tomato spread;
• Top with spicy sausage, arugula leaves and another layer of spread if desired.
2. With goat cheese and green beans

Green beans sandwiches sound suspicious, but they are no less tempting. And if you add the most delicate goat cheese to everything else, then you are guaranteed to want some additives, because the combination of ingredients is just bellissimo.
Ingredients:
• Rye or grain bread - 4 pieces;
• Green beans - 150 g;
• Goat cheese - 50 g;
• Green onion - 2-3 feathers;
• Walnut kernels - 4-5 pieces;
• Olive oil - 2.5 tsp;
• Salt - to taste;
• Ground black pepper to taste.

Cooking method:
• Wash green beans and onions;
• Throw in a colander;
• Let the water drain;
• Then cut the beans into several equal parts;
• Cut the onion into several pieces;
• Fry in olive oil for about a minute;
• Then add the chopped beans;
• Season with salt and pepper;
• Stir gently;
• Cook for five to six minutes;
• In another pan, fry the bread on all sides until golden brown;
• Place the fried beans and onions on the bread slices;
• Sprinkle with crumbled goat cheese and chopped walnuts on top;
• Sprinkle with olive oil;
• Serve to the table.
3. With tomatoes and cheese

There is nothing easier than making delicious hot tomato sandwiches with cheese sauce.
Ingredients:
• Rye bread - 4 slices;
• Medium-sized tomatoes - 2 pcs;
• Butter - 100 g;
• Small purple onion - 1 pc;
• Flour - 0.5 cups;
• Milk - 1, 5 glasses;
• Hard cheese - 100-150 g;
• Salt - to taste;
• Ground pepper - to taste;
• Fresh parsley - for garnish.

Cooking method:
• Peel the onion;
• Cut in small pieces;
• Fry in a little butter for about three to four minutes;
• Then add flour sifted through a fine sieve;
• Stir and pour in milk in a thin stream;
• Add the remaining oil;
• Cook until the mixture begins to thicken;
• Grate cheese on a fine grater;
• Add a portion to the pan with the sauce;
• Season with salt and pepper;
• Mix well;
• Toast bread from all sides;
• Grease with a sufficiently thick layer of sauce;
• Put a few circles of tomatoes on top;
• Sprinkle with grated cheese;
• Send in the microwave for a couple of minutes (until the cheese is melted);
• Before serving, season again with ground pepper and sprinkle with finely chopped fresh parsley.
4. With crab sticks

Fast, simple and very, very tasty - it's all about sandwiches with crab sticks that even a primary school student can cook.
Ingredients:
• Baguette - 1 piece;
• Crab sticks - 6-8 pcs;
• Mayonnaise - for dressing;
• Salt - to taste;
• Ground black pepper - to taste;
• Fresh parsley - 3-4 stalks.

Cooking method:
• Cut the baguette into three or four parts;
• Cut along each part;
• Defrost crab sticks if necessary;
• Cut into circles, strips or grate on a coarse grater;
• Transfer to a bowl;
• Season with salt, pepper;
• Add finely chopped parsley;
• Season with mayonnaise;
• Stir;
• Put the resulting mixture on baguette slices;
• Send to microwave for a couple of minutes.
5. With mozzarella and salmon

One hundred percent of such sandwiches will not leave anyone indifferent. They are equally tasty both hot and cold. Crispy bread, tender cheese and smoked fish - sounds great, doesn't it ?!
Ingredients:
• Baguette - 1 piece;
• Smoked salmon fillet - 150-200 g;
• Mozzarella - 150-200 g;
• Olive oil - 2 tsp;
• Honey - 1 tsp;
• Soy sauce - 1 tbsp;
• Garlic - 2-3 cloves;
• Green onion - 2-3 feathers.

Cooking method:
• Cut the baguette into several even parts;
• Cut each of them lengthwise into two halves;
• Sprinkle with olive oil;
• Put on a baking sheet, previously covered with parchment;
• Send to an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 5-10 minutes;
• Put fish and mozzarella slices on top of the baguette slices;
• In a bowl, mix the soy sauce with minced garlic, honey and olive oil;
• Pour the resulting sauce over the sandwiches;
• Sprinkle with finely chopped green onions on top;
• Serve to the table.
