For those who love hearty snacks that replace full breakfasts, lunches and even dinners - sandwiches with smoked spicy sausages, tomatoes and chickpeas are what you need.

Ingredients:

• Sandwich round buns - 3-4 pcs;

• Hunting sausages - 3-4 pcs;

• Chili pepper - 1 piece;

• Cocktail tomatoes - 4-6 pcs;

• Olive oil - to taste;

• Canned chickpeas - 400 g;

• Sea salt - to taste;

• Ground black pepper - to taste;

• Lemons - 0.5 pcs;

• Arugula - 1 small bunch.

Cooking method:

• Wash the tomatoes;

• Cut into four pieces;

• Wash chili peppers;

• Remove the stalk and seeds;

• Cut the pulp into thin strips;

• Transfer to a bowl;

• Rye or grain bread - 4 pieces;

• Green beans - 150 g;

• Goat cheese - 50 g;

• Green onion - 2-3 feathers;

• Walnut kernels - 4-5 pieces;

• Olive oil - 2.5 tsp;

• Salt - to taste;

• Ground black pepper to taste.

Cooking method:

• Wash green beans and onions;

• Throw in a colander;

• Let the water drain;

• Then cut the beans into several equal parts;

• Rye bread - 4 slices;

• Medium-sized tomatoes - 2 pcs;

• Butter - 100 g;

• Small purple onion - 1 pc;

• Flour - 0.5 cups;

• Milk - 1, 5 glasses;

• Hard cheese - 100-150 g;

• Salt - to taste;

• Ground pepper - to taste;

• Fresh parsley - for garnish.

Cooking method:

• Peel the onion;

• Cut in small pieces;

• Green onion - 2-3 feathers.

Cooking method:

• Cut the baguette into several even parts;

• Cut each of them lengthwise into two halves;

• Sprinkle with olive oil;
