Let there be juicy, fragrant, ruddy chicken wings, with sauce, without, with spices, honey and fresh herbs - what can I say, but there is definitely a place for fantasies!
1. With soy sauce and sour cream

Wings cooked in soy-sour cream-garlic sauce will captivate you with their stunning aroma, awakening your appetite.
Ingredients:
• Chicken wings - 0.5 kg;
• Soy sauce - 1 tbsp;
• Medium fat sour cream - 150 g;
• Garlic - 5-6 cloves;
• Fresh parsley - 3-4 stalks;
• A mixture of ground peppers - to taste;
• Sunflower oil - 4 tsp.

Cooking method:
• Wash the wings;
• Dry and, if desired, cut off the ends;
• Inject soy sauce into the wings with a syringe, trying to get into the muscle;
• In a bowl, mix sour cream, finely chopped or minced garlic, chopped parsley and ground pepper;
• Stir until smooth;
• Roll the wings in the resulting mixture;
• Let stand for five to seven minutes;
• Then fry in sunflower oil for about twenty minutes;
• Then reduce heat and cook until the wings are golden brown on all sides.
2. Caramelized wings with beer

What could be tastier than rosy and juicy meat? That's right, only caramelized chicken wings, which literally beat on the poultry with their aroma and delicious taste.
Ingredients:
• Chicken wings - 6 pcs;
• Garlic - 1 large head;
• Sugar - 8 tsp;
• Soy sauce - 3 tbsp;
• Beer - 0.5 l;
• Sunflower oil - 4 tsp.

Cooking method:
• Wash the wings under cold running water;
• Dry and cut off the ends;
• Heat the oil in a frying pan with a thick bottom;
• Add sugar;
• And, stirring constantly, let the sugar completely melt;
• As soon as the sugar becomes the consistency of liquid caramel, put the wings in a skillet;
• Turn over several times so that all wings are saturated with caramel;
• Cook for five to six minutes or until golden brown on all sides;
• Then add the garlic passed through a press;
• Stir;
• Then cover with a lid;
• Reduce heat;
• Cook for twenty to thirty minutes, periodically turning the wings;
• After adding beer;
• Stir gently;
• Cook for about fifteen minutes (do not cover with a lid);
• After ten minutes add soy sauce;
• Stir;
• Cook until all liquid has evaporated.
3. With ketchup and honey

The recipe for wings with honey and ketchup is so delicious that, willy-nilly, you will lick your fingers and eat everything without a twinge of conscience.
Ingredients:
• Wings - 1 kg;
• Sunflower oil - 6 tsp;
• Salt - to taste;
• A mixture of ground peppers - to taste;
• Honey - 300 g;
• Soy sauce - 100 ml;
• Ketchup - 4 tsp;
• Garlic - 5-6 cloves.

Cooking method:
• Wash the wings and cut off the tips;
• Dry;
• And rub with salt and a mixture of ground peppers;
• In a bowl, mix the garlic passed through a press with honey, soy sauce and ketchup, as well as a couple of tablespoons of sunflower oil;
• In the resulting mixture, marinate the wings, leaving for ten to fifteen minutes;
• Then put on a baking sheet, previously greased with sunflower oil;
• Send to an oven preheated to 180 degrees for about an hour.
4. With milk and rice wine

But this Korean recipe for wings pleasantly surprises with a variety of ingredients that give the dish a special taste, making it truly melt on the tongue.
Ingredients:
• Chicken wings - 1 kg;
• Milk - 1 glass;
• Salt - to taste;
• Ground black pepper - to taste;
• Rosemary (dried) - 2 tsp;
• Chili flakes - 2 tsp;
• Chili paste - 2 tsp;
• Honey - 2 tsp;
• Soy sauce - 2 tsp;
• Sauce for oysters - 2 tsp;
• Rice wine - 2 tsp;
• Garlic - 2 cloves;
• Sesame - for sprinkling.

Cooking method:
• Wash the wings under cold running water;
• Dry;
• Cut off the ends;
• In a deep large bowl, combine salt, pepper, rosemary and milk;
• Stir until smooth;
• Lay out the wings;
• Stir with your hands;
• Cover with cling film;
• Send to refrigerator for twenty five minutes;
• Then take it out of the refrigerator and drain the milk;
• In a bowl, combine two types of sauces, honey, chili flakes, chili paste, pressed garlic and rice wine;
• Stir until smooth;
• Put the wings in a bag;
• Pour the resulting sauce;
• Secure the edge;
• Shake the package well;
• Send it to the refrigerator for five to six hours, occasionally shaking the bag;
• After the specified time has elapsed, remove the wings from the refrigerator, remove the bag, drain the marinade;
• Put the wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper;
• Send to the oven preheated to 240 degrees for ten minutes;
• Sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving.
