1. Curd casserole

Cottage cheese casserole with the addition of juicy tomatoes, herbs and bell pepper turns out to be much tastier if baked in the oven in pots.
Ingredients:
• Cottage cheese - 200 g;
• Eggs - 1 piece;
• Hard cheese - 50 g;
• Pink tomatoes of medium size - 2 pcs;
• Large red bell pepper - 1 pc;
• Flour - 2, 5 tsp;
• Baking powder - 0.5 tsp;
• Kefir - 60 ml;
• Salt - to taste;
• Ground black pepper - to taste;
• Spicy herbs - to taste;
• Sunflower oil - for mold lubrication.

Cooking method:
• Wash the tomatoes;
• Carefully remove the skin, if necessary;
• Cut the pulp into half rings of medium thickness;
• Wash the pepper;
• Remove the stalk and seeds;
• Cut the pulp into thin long strips;
• Fry vegetables in a dry frying pan for about a couple of minutes;
• Grate cheese on a coarse grater;
• In a bowl, mix cottage cheese, eggs, kefir, flour, baking powder;
• Stir and add grated cheese;
• Season with salt, pepper and herbs;
• Stir again until smooth;
• Grease baking pots with sunflower oil;
• Put a layer of pepper and tomato on the bottom, a layer of curd dough and the rest of vegetables on top, pour everything with the curd mixture;

2. Beans

Ingredients:
• Beans - 400 g;
• Purple onion - 4 pcs;
• Sunflower oil - 2-4 tsp;
• Water - 0.5 cups;
• Tomato paste or tomato juice, sauce - 1 glass;
• Salt - to taste;
• Ground black pepper - to taste;
• A mixture of dried herbs - to taste;
• Fresh parsley - a couple of twigs.

Cooking method:
• Soak beans in cool water for at least twelve hours;
• Change the water twice;
• Before cooking, drain the water and rinse the beans several times;
• Then boil the beans in lightly salted water until cooked through (about an hour and a half);
• Peel the onion;
• Cut in small pieces;
• Fry for five to six minutes in a little sunflower oil;
• Then pour in water and tomato paste (or juice / sauce);
• Season with salt and pepper;
• Add spicy herbs;
• Stir;
• Cook over medium heat for three to four minutes;
• Grease the pots with oil;
• Put a layer of beans on the bottom, then a layer of frying and again a layer of beans;
• To cover with a lid;

3. Potatoes with minced meat

Ingredients:
• Pork pulp - 300 g;
• Beef pulp - 300 g;
• Potatoes - 8-10 pcs;
• Tomatoes - 3 pcs;
• Large white onion - 1 piece;
• Medium-sized carrots - 1 pc;
• Hard cheese - 100 g;
• Garlic - 3-4 cloves;
• Mayonnaise - 4-6 tsp;
• Salt - to taste;
• A mixture of ground peppers - to taste;
• A mixture of dried herbs - to taste;
• Water - 1-1, 5 glasses;
• Fresh parsley - 3-4 stalks.

Cooking method:
• Wash the pulp under cold running water;
• Dry and cut into pieces of medium size;
• Peel onions and carrots;
• Cut into pieces;
• Pass the meat with onions, garlic and carrots through a meat grinder with a medium mesh;
• Add salt, pepper and a mixture of herbs;
• Thoroughly knead the minced meat with your hands;
