The arrangement of the kitchen area is always a serious task for the owners, because it is a very expensive pleasure, especially when it comes to summer cottages. For a country house, as a rule, a lot of funds are not allocated from the family budget, but you want comfort and coziness there too. In order not to deny yourself the pleasure of cooking healthy meals in a pleasant environment, you can try to assemble a kitchen set from recycled materials and scrap materials, as did a creative master who managed to make full-fledged furniture for a penny, which the whole family has been using for more than one year.
The kitchen is not only the heart of every home, but also a headache for the owners, who cannot always carve out a rather impressive amount for its arrangement. Particularly expensive is the kitchen set, which most often needs to be made to order, given the non-standard dimensions of the premises allocated for this zone. But there is a way out even in this situation, if you know how to use the instrument at least a little and get fired up with an idea. To independently assemble a kitchen set that will look original in the country and even in an apartment (if it is decorated in a loft or rustic style), you will need:
• boards (you can use construction pallets, crate, used boards, slats, etc.);
• timber;
• drywall;
• chipboard plates (parts of old cabinet furniture can be used);
• self-tapping screws, fasteners, corners;
• ceramic tile;
• primer, paint, grout, impregnation, etc. (it all depends on the selected material);
• tool.
Before proceeding with the assembly of the floor stand, you need to decide on the height that should be obtained at the exit, because the convenience of using the work surface and the well-being of the one who has been cooking for a long time depends on this. After that, you can fix the timber on the wall. If the walls are made of reliable material, then it will be possible to do without additional reinforcement with the help of corners or other materials.

Advice: If you use tiles as a coating on a work surface, then it is better to seal the seams with epoxy. Not only is this eternal material, so it will protect the joints from moisture, mold, microbes and bacteria, which, multiplying, will cause considerable harm to the health of household members.
Artyom made the front part of the floor cabinet and the door from planks cut from an old board and painted them with blue paint so that the newly-made furniture would harmoniously combine with the design of the kitchen interior.
