The procedure for mixing concrete by hand requires a lot of effort. In the absence of a concrete mixer, it is not so easy to do this - the work is quite hard. Often, especially if there is no experience in this matter, a person's lower back begins to hurt terribly, and calluses from a shovel form on his hands. But even this process can be significantly facilitated using two methods that are simple and elementary.

1. Instead of a shovel, take a hoe (hoe)

Everyone is accustomed to using a convenient and practically universal tool - a shovel when mixing a concrete solution. In this situation, a hoe is more suitable, although not every one. The standard hoe used in the garden will not support the load, so it will not work. The so-called ketmen is required. This type of hoe is much more powerful.

It is much easier to work with concrete mortar with this tool. You don't have to do anything new - everything is the same as when weeding the beds. The hoe is lowered into the concrete solution, after which it must be pulled towards you. Thus, a person makes less effort, and the solution is prepared faster, and its quality is better.

When choosing a container in which the solution will be prepared, it is better to opt for a flat bath or trough. If the container is made of plastic, then the tip of the hoe should first be blunt, and its ends should be rounded. This will prevent the tool from damaging the product.
2. On cement milk

The first thing that needs to be done is to calculate the proportions of all components: water, necessary fillers and cement. After that, the required amount of water is poured into the container, and cement is poured into it (it must be poured in little by little). This is how we make cement milk. A little sand is also poured into it and everything mixes well. Crushed stone is added last, and the mass is mixed so that it becomes homogeneous.

Thus, we do not perform the most difficult stage, namely mixing of dry components. In addition, it does not remain in the solution of dry cement and impurities. It is best to use both of these methods at the same time. Then it will be much easier and much easier to do the job and get the desired result.
It will be no less interesting and useful to find out as in the old days, buildings were erected for centuries without having cement.
