It would seem that they are banal scrambled eggs and omelet, but there are so many cooking options that the eyes run up: with herbs and cheese, with tomatoes and sweet peppers, airy and classic - choose any, experiment, show your imagination and enjoy the bright taste and original serving.

As a rule, most are accustomed to the classic version of the omelet. But what if we bring variety to life and combine business with pleasure, diluting the classics with the most delicate pieces of chicken fillet with the addition of juicy tomato slices?


• Chicken fillet - 2 pcs;

• Eggs - 4-6 pcs;

• Medium-sized tomatoes - 4-6 pcs;

• Garlic - 4-5 cloves;

• Medium-sized purple onion - 1 pc;

• Thyme - 1 tsp;

• Fresh cilantro - 1 small bunch;

• Olive oil - 1, 5 tablespoons;

• Salt and pepper to taste.

Cooking method:

• Wash, peel and dry chicken fillet;

• Cut the pulp into strips;

• Fry in olive oil for 3-4 minutes;

• Then add the garlic with thyme passed through a press;

• Season with salt and pepper;

• Stir gently;

• Cook over medium heat for another 3-4 minutes;

• Then add the onion cut in half rings;

• Fry with chicken and spices for about 3-4 minutes;

• Wash the tomatoes, if desired, carefully remove the skin;

• Cut the pulp into several pieces and add to the pan to the meat with onions and garlic;

• Cook for 5-7 minutes;

• Beat eggs with salt and pepper in a bowl until smooth;

• Pour the chicken fillet with the egg mixture;

• Sprinkle with finely chopped cilantro on top;

• Cover and cook over low heat for 10-15 minutes;

• Then turn off the heat and cover the pan with a couple of towels over the lid;

• Let stand for 5-7 minutes;

• Eggs - 6 pcs;

• Fat milk - 1 tbsp;

• Green onion - 2 stalks;

• Olive oil - 1 tsp;

• Lemon juice - 0.5 tsp;

• Salt and pepper to taste;

• Lettuce leaves - 1 small bunch.

Cooking method:

• Separate the yolks from the proteins;

• Mix salt with proteins and a couple of drops of lemon juice;

• Beat until very thick foam;

• Mix the yolks with salt, milk and pepper;

• Beat well with a fork;

• Pour evenly into a preheated pan with olive oil;

• As soon as the yolks set, carefully lay out the whites;

• Cook without a lid on low heat for 5-6 minutes;

• Check the readiness of the protein with the tip of your finger, the surface should be elastic and not sticky;

• Once the omelet is ready, carefully place on a dish;

• Eggs - 2 pcs;

• Milk - 2, 5 tbsp;

• Large mushrooms - 2-3 pcs;

• Parmesan - 20 g;

• Feta - 30 g;

• Sun-dried tomatoes - 15 g;

• Bulgarian pepper - 0, 5 pieces;

• Olives - 6-8 pcs;

• Green onion - 2-3 stalks;

• Fresh parsley - 2-3 stalks;

• Salt and pepper to taste;

• Olive oil.

Cooking method:

• Thoroughly wash the mushrooms;

• Clean and dry;

• After cut into strips;

• Wash the pepper;

• Dry, remove core;

• Cut half of the pulp into strips;

• Finely chop the onion;

• Send to a frying pan with heated olive oil;

• Eggs - 4 pcs;

• Frozen peas (or fresh) - 100 g;

• Bulgarian green or yellow pepper - 1 pc;

• Avocado - 1 pc;

• Sunflower oil - 1-2 tbsp;

• Salt and a mixture of ground peppers - to taste;

Cooking method:

• Boil the peas in slightly salted water for about 3-4 minutes;

• Then put it in a colander and leave for 1-2 minutes under ice-cold running water;

• Wash avocado and pepper;

• Remove the stalk and seeds, and the bone in the avocado;

• Cut the pulp into cubes;

• Send the pepper to the pan with heated oil;

• Cook for 5-6 minutes, stirring occasionally;
