British company Mac byers offers to revive airships as aircraft for the transport of passengers. She developed the concept flying cruise ship Aether, the emergence of which will be a turning point in the life of this almost forgotten type of air transport.

Already seventy-six years have passed since the crash of the Hindenburg airship, an event that marked the beginning of the decline of this mode of transport. And now "flying cigars" are no longer used for passenger transportation, but as a huge advertising medium or hotspot for distributing wireless Internet access.

But the British from Mac Byers are proposing to reanimate the airships. After all, their use is not only comfortable, but also incredibly beautiful. Agree, watching a huge balloon flying across the sky is much more pleasant than watching an airplane.

The Aether concept envisions the creation of a modern, innovative airship that will be an excellent cruise ship. Indeed, from the windows of the cabins and public spaces of this aircraft, incredible views of the spaces stretching above it will open.

The Aether airship is not conceived as a classic vehicle that transports passengers from point A to point B, but as a place to relax and socialize. After all, the entire internal structure of this flying cruise liner was created in such a way that people would collide with each other as often as possible, make new acquaintances and connections.

Aether is a social cruise ship designed for people who are not ready to lock themselves in their own cabin for the duration of the flight.
The designers at Mac Byers are well aware that airships can never compete with airplanes in flight speed. But their task is precisely to transport people by air with maximum comfort. Something that even Boeing and Airbus cannot yet provide.
