7. Bionic Tower
Planned in China, a skyscraper with a height of 1,228 meters. According to the project, it will be able to accommodate up to 100 thousand people. This building should have 300 floors. The total area of the complex will be 2 million sq. M. The project cost is $ 18 billion.
