Creating a concrete walkway with imitation of stone or paving stones consists of several fundamental steps. The first stage of construction is no different from what is being implemented to create the most ordinary concrete road: the base is tamped, the "pillow" is laid, and the formwork from wooden elements is installed. Next, thick concrete is prepared. It is poured into the formwork and carefully leveled.
The concrete surface is thoroughly smoothed with a trowel and a trowel. To create an imitation, you will definitely need a rubber (silicone) stamp of a stone path. It is moistened with water from a spray bottle, after which it is laid on concrete in the right place and pressed well with your hands. In the future, the procedure is repeated: the stamp is removed, moistened with water, installed and pressed in a new place.
After stamping, the concrete path remains at rest for at least one day. When the solution hardens, black paint (on concrete) is applied to the track as a base. Next, suitable water-based paints are used to give the improvised stones the appropriate color. After painting with the spray gun, you can apply another layer of paint of a different color using a wide brush. When the paint is dry, the path can also be covered with a special protective varnish.
