We train our observation by watching fashion bloggers, we are inspired by the images of models on the catwalks, we spy on stylistic techniques in television programs. However, sometimes the outfits you see cause not delight, but bewilderment, and a natural question arises: how to wear it at all? Yes, the images look luxurious in the pictures, but in real life they are unlikely to take root. Novate.ru gives several examples.
Look 1: Latex Leggings
Leggings, which are worn as an independent wardrobe item, in general, raises a lot of questions. And if they are also made of leather or latex, then two people should be careful. Such a thing literally emphasizes all the curves of the body and can turn even the smallest flaw, invisible in other conditions, into a real flaw. There is one more disadvantage: in order to pull on this beauty, you need to have remarkable resourcefulness or call an army of assistants, as Kim Kardashian prefers to do.
If you are so fond of leather things, which are now at the peak of popularity, give preference not to leggings, but to regular trousers. Models with buttons instead of zippers, with slits at the bottom, with a high yoke and a bow are in fashion. Also of interest are leather chinos, cropped trousers or bell bottoms.
Look 2: Winter boots with a short dress without pantyhose
Munich-based fashion blogger Fusun Lindner is famous for her feminine looks. Now she has almost half a million subscribers and an impressive wardrobe, which the girl uses to compose stylish bows. Many of them are really worth adding to your fashion box, but there are also outright failures.
A striking example is a short white noodle dress combined with a warm maxi-length cardigan and winter boots that look like uggs. Everything would be fine, but there were no tights on the blogger. Perhaps in European countries it would be comfortable in such an outfit, but the set is not applicable here. In the spring it will be hot in such shoes, and in cold weather without tights it will be cold.
Look 3: Warm down jacket with spring shoes
Another image from Fusun Lindner, which we also cannot take note of, is a voluminous winter down jacket with spring shoes. Q: What kind of weather and temperature is this image for? In the spring, when it will already be possible to put on shoes, the down jacket will go to the bench, wait for winter. If you try to combine them in one set, then your legs will be comfortable, but the top will turn into a real steam room. Even if you unfasten the down jacket, it will not save the situation. This also includes the aufit, which consists of a classic coat with open summer sandals.
A trench coat, leather or light spring jacket will look good with shoes. As for the down jacket, it makes sense to wear it exclusively with warm boots or boots.
Look 4: Bodysuit with short coat
Writer and TV presenter Camilla Charrière is very popular on Instagram - more than a million people have subscribed to her profile. She usually posts photos of her everyday looks, but sometimes she adds piquant bows to the ribbon.
The main rule of a woman of fashion is: "Basic clothes in combination with a thing of an unusual cut or texture."Camille can be seen in a white tank top and flared patent leather trousers, classic blue jeans and a fluffy sweater with an open back, a trouser suit and a top made of blue feathers. The outfits are original, but they look quite organic, so you can take them into service.
But wearing a knitted bodysuit with a short coat is a bad idea. Here the TV presenter seriously missed. Yes, she complemented the look with a skirt, but it was transparent and decorated with rhinestones. Perhaps, as an addition to your page on social networks, this outfit has the right to life. But you can't count on more - it looks too vulgar.
I would like to repeat many images of fashion bloggers, but do not get carried away and blindly copy the picture. What looks good on some can disfigure others, because all girls are different. In addition, some outfits are made exclusively for the sake of a beautiful and unusual frame, but not for real life. Remember: the principles of seasonality, comfort and appropriateness have not yet been canceled.
Look 5: Mesh dress worn over lingerie
This season, mesh dresses are at the top of the fashionable Olympus. Brands such as Balenciaga, Hermes and Rick Owens have included them in their collections. You can go on the catwalk in such an outfit, but not everyone is brave enough to appear at a festive event or party. Especially if you only put on a bodysuit or underwear under the bottom, as the Polish model Carolina Daur did.
A mesh dress is not an independent wardrobe item, but rather an accessory. If you connect your imagination and remember the basics of style, you can create many interesting images with it that will not look vulgar or ridiculous. For example, try wearing it over a minimalist tonal dress or a suit that consists of a top and bell-bottomed trousers. It will turn out interesting and non-standard.
Look 6: Robe
Over the past few seasons, all kinds of capes have been incredibly popular. These are both removable robes and cut elements that resemble them. In the mainstream of this model, there are Cape and Inverness coats. The first option is adored by persons of royal blood, in particular, representatives of the British royal family, and the second is what the famous detective Sherlock Holmes wore. Such clothes look very elegant, go well with dresses, but they do not differ in comfort. You probably already guessed for what reason. In ordinary life, we do not move like the models on the catwalks, with lowered hands, which barely move in time with the steps. Sometimes you need to raise your hand, scratch your nose, fix your hair or makeup. In any of these situations, the mantle becomes a hindrance, because it restricts movement.
Look 7: Feather Dress
Ostrich feathers are an absolute trend this season. Designers trim dresses, skirts, bags and even shoes with them. We can safely say that any of the listed things will produce a wow effect, but how will you feel in such an outfit? There is no need to talk about convenience, and even more so about appropriateness. Such a dress will not cause perplexed looks, unless you wear it to a theme party. Plus, not every figure will be able to withstand such a fashionable test, this must also be taken into account. Remember: the more area allotted for feathers, the more solemn the thing becomes, and the more harm it can cause to parameters that are far from the model ones. Even if you prefer a dress with delicate edging (sleeves, hem), do not forget that the decor in the form of feathers refers to boudoir moods.
Look 8: Tiered Dress
Ruffles and flounces are a very dangerous thing. In the place where they are located, +100500 volume is immediately added.
