Pepper stuffed with mushrooms and lentils is a dish that combines all the best and most nutritious ingredients. So, without overloading the body, you can get enough for the whole day.

Ingredients:

• Bulgarian red or yellow pepper - 4 pcs;

• Green lentils - 1 glass;

• Onion - 1 pc;

• Garlic - 3-4 cloves;

• Champignon mushrooms - 300 g;

• Sunflower oil - 8 tsp;

• Vegetable broth from a cube - 1 glass;

• Fresh spinach - 1 small bunch;

• Salt - to taste;

• Italian herbs - 1 tbsp;

• Ground chili pepper - 0.5 tsp;

• Ground black pepper - 0.5 tsp;

• Cheese - for garnish.

Cooking method:

• Wash lentils under cold running water;

• Then boil until cooked;

• Drain the water;

• Cool;

• Wash the pepper;

• Remove the stalk and pith with seeds;

• Pass through a press or grind;

• Fry for three to four minutes with onions in a little sunflower oil;

Ingredients:

• Minced meat (of your choice) - 300 g;

• Large sweet pepper - 2-3 pcs;

• Medium onion - 1 pc;

• Fresh parsley - 1 small bunch;

• Milk - 0.5 cups;

• Baton - a couple of slices;

• Large tomatoes - 1 piece;

• Hard cheese - 50 g;

• Water - 0.5 cups;

• Salt - to taste;

• Ground black pepper - to taste;

• Mayonnaise - 4 tsp.

Cooking method:

• Soak the loaf pulp in milk;

• Peel the onion;
